Who We Are
Welcome to Misogi Noodle Bar, where Chef Felino Samson, former chef-owner of The Beet, invites you to enjoy his new concept surrounding the Southeast Asian cuisines of Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, and Japan.
Our newly renovated dining room brings Japan to Nantucket, with an Asian themed lounge, reminiscent of an Izakaya, offering a polished yet casual atmosphere. Check out our new 7-seat bar, where we craft both new and classic cocktails, including the Misogi Tiki Tiki and the Spicy Margarita. Explore our sommelier curated wine list, a variety of sakes, and our variety of mocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.
While Misogi is a noodle bar, our menu is anything but limited. The lunch menu brings back Beet classics including the Chicken Burger, Hulk, Miso Happy Salad, and more. For dinner, indulge in a culinary journey inspired by Chef Felino's childhood memories in the Philippines and his cultural travels throughout the world.
Chef Felino Samson started his professional career in the world of fashion as a Designer and Illustrator. He discovered his culinary passion while working in New York City at the world-renowned Sign of the Dove Restaurant. Felino's talents brought him to Boston where he led his culinary team and achieved Best New Top Ten Chef for "Food and Wine" Magazine, as Chef de Cuisine at La Bettola Restaurant and Executive Chef of Bomboa Restaurant.
After his success in Boston, Felino brought his culinary experience to Nantucket to consult and open Cru Restaurant. He then turned his attention to his own venture with Amy Young, creating the Beet Restaurant. From his wealth of experiences, he brings you Misogi Noodle Bar.
